My suggestion would be to start with networks, programming and operating systems courses. That should give you some technical understanding of what you're actually trying to do, with the programming courses giving you the foundation you need for writing such applications.
Now I'm not saying you should go to university and study computer science ... but that would be pretty beneficial really.

Coursera offers quite a few computer science courses for free. Besides that places like code academy are pretty useful.

So what programs do you think i should learn? I already know a little HTML and Javascript. Also what should I do once i have all the knowledge?

Python is pretty easy to pick up and fairly useful. C is also really good to know. But really the best programming language for the job is usually the one you're the most comfortable with.

But realistically it doesn't matter much in this case. If you prefer C++ that's entirely fine too.
