Backup/Restoration Software

Post by Methodman » Sat Aug 14, 2010 8:38 am

Hello

I'm looking for a free backup/restoration software. I don't want to use windows xp's backup. I wish that the answerer has used the software him/herself.

Thanks.

How can I delete my account? This forum is not as active as it used to be.

As for the backup, do you want to make full disk backups or just backup files?

As for the forum being less active. I blame the theme.

And I blame the users who just complain without presenting to me any viable alternatives.

The problem with being better than everyone else is that people tend to assume that you're pretentious.

Hah, I should have known you'd be a complete f***ing douche bag about it.

What the F*** did you do? We were trying to get it off from the ground, but you were a complete f***ing ghosts, and there were often weeks between your visits(or replies to PMs, anyway). The theme thing we tried to do never got through, because we had to talk to you etc.

If you wanted to run this forum, you would have let us run it for you or stepped in yourself. You insisted on using the "let's ask meaty to do this for us and wait 3 weeks for it to happen" method and refused to do anything yourself.

EDIT: And now that everyone has left, you decide to pop in and do something? Awesome.

Well if you can, the best option would be to completely clone the drive. CloneZilla is a great freeware prog, Acronis is great too.

To restore any software from your computer system you have to take regular backup of your data. In your drive you have option to take backup form the system by choosing it you can backup.
