Looking for a place to share scripts with other beginners?

Hey everyone hows it going? I have discovered that the best way for me to learn programming is through problem solving. This is how I have successfully managed to create my first applications and it has opened up an entire world of possibilities. I am wondering if there are any website/place where I can share scripts with other beginners so that we may bounce ideas of each other and develop together. For example I would be able to post the code of a file sharing program I created in python and someone could be like check out what this does etc?...
