Brutus

Post by b2907582 » Tue Mar 29, 2016 4:51 am

I know Brutus is 15 years from now and it's out of date but I am trying to work on a unsecured one.

Normal setting, but if you successes website will direct you to a new website and if fail there is no response.

I believe the correct type is http(forum) but I don't know how to define Positive HTML Response in this case.

You don't have to provide both a positive and a negative response, one or the other is sufficient.

Really all the brutus is doing here is checking if the text string you enter is in the response it gets back. So all you need to do is enter some text fragment in the positive response field that appears once you've successfully logged in. (Alternatively, you could put some text fragment you're expecting to be gone after login in the negative response field. For example, it probably won't say "Register" or "Login with" anymore once you've already logged in.)
