The latest release of OpenSSH contains many new features including SSHv1 disabled by default, new certificate authentication, and a "netcat mode." Several changes to sftp have also been made. Along with these changes there are also a number of bugfixes from the previous version.

This netcat mode sounds interesting, could make daisy-chaining shells a lot easier.
