maybe for some1 this is very simple, but if i never came across, i havent got a clue.
basically, i have a router at home (linksys). wifi is enabled. in order to connect a pc to network, i have to connect with a cable to the router or via wifi. my 4 ports are used, + the router is hard to reach, so every time connecting a new pc for a few seconds is pain in the ass. not all pc have wifi, so installing a driver for wifi usb adapter is again pain. i wonder if there is such a thing, to connect to wifi, but then i can connect cable to this thing and surf the net? something opposite to router (router: lan->wifi, i need: wifi->lan). do this things exist? what are they called???

you'll likely find a wireless AP or wireless ethernet bridge with ethernet in that will work with your router.
