I just scanned a server, many ports were open and there were some interessting ports

Port: 21
Version: Nepenthes HoneyTrap fake vulnerable ftpd

Port:27347
Version: Subseven Backdoor (**Backdoor**)

as i now "nepenthes honey" pot is a security tool??

does this server already got hacked or what?

It would seem that this is what's called a 'Honeypot server' Which means that it's been set up especially so that it looks attractive to automated attack tools and unknowing would-be hackers alike.
If you'd actually try to attack this server you'd likely be banned if not reported to your ISP and/or the authorities.
If we're breaking the rules, then how come you can't catch us? You can't find us? I know why. Cause, it's ... MAGIC!
