How do I hack?

Java is a good language, but you should learn C too. It should be pretty easy if you know Java already-- they are pretty similar.

My "area" would be mostly reverse code engineering and cracking. I dabble in programming, lockpicking, and electronics engineering.

1) Seriously, If you want to learn how to hack, Dont go asking people How do i hack..Teach me...you'll either get ignored,flamed or knocked the sh!* out of.

2)learn yourself. Like everyone before me said, Hacking is soo broad. Its not just a "this is what you do, do it" thing. It's something you learn. Find an section that interst you.it could be from hacking throught telnet (which i understand now-a-days, is like obliviated to anyone that has a decent firewall). Of how to extract password, change html files on servers to make them look like you want. Theres many diffent ways to "hack"

3)As Ic3d4ne said, you wont have that much of a social life, not entireley true. I mean, if your serious and anxious to learn, you wont have a social life, but if your like me,you learn as you go along. Some things might take you a little longer to get, but it will be worth it in the end. I learnd how to crack the win xp passowords and it took me a whole week. (i used the old method makein a MS-DOS boot disk and runnning command and stuff liek that from there. Then i found ophcrack which did pretty much everything for you adn all you had to do was boot from cd)

4)Social engineering is a cool way to kinda get what you want. I play online games and as soon as i joined a caln, i learnd soo much. Also.they can get you things that you probally would of never ask for.

Pretty much, you have to be willing. Dont go to your freind and say Can you teach me to hack in like an hour?!?!....If you said that to me...I duff you.

rojdevil: Although this is a 'how do I hack' thread, you can't just teach someone to hack overnight. As it's said at the beginning of this thread, "hacking is not a product, it's a process." This means we can't just quickly teach you how to hack everything overnight. Sure, you can read tutorials on one specific exploit of one specific version of one specific program and feel the power of haxing, you are going to have to be ready to learn, read, program a lot, and google even more.

Regarding cracking, that relies heavily on cryptography - you should read more about that and about the different hashes around (MD5, DES, LNMN, etc.) and find out how they work.

Start with a sturdy, strong programming language (if you haven't already) and just keep programming. You'll need to get into the mindset to constantly ask yourself why things work. Some good programming languages to start with are C, C++, or Perl. Or maybe even HTML/Javascript if you don't know it already. If you have any questions and can't find the answers on google, feel free to ask here, and someone will most likely get back to you.

So just to get you started, google around on some topics that interest you, and as you delve deeper and deeper, you'll find better keywords to search for, and so on. There are also some great tutorials and guides on this site to read through.

there are two ways to become a hacker

1) the easy way ( your not really a hacker ) , you find programs on the internet that let you do the things you wanna do ....

2) the harder way ( you can call yourself a hacker , you lean different codeing languages , html ( is a must ) , basic , visual basic , c , c++ , c# , perl , python , uscript ( if ur a game hacker ) ,ect the list goes on , but u wanna have a basic understanding of all codeing languages ... if you dont you will never get a inch farther than what u can do with a program that has a button that u puch and it does everything for u ... also in cause u didnt notice those programs suck !!!

A list of TUTS for almost all languages ... these tuts will give you a basic to standard knowledge on any language u wanna learn ... i sugest starting with HTML than Basic , than C if ur really edgy lol .

NOTE this will not be acomplished overnight , honestly this WILL take you a good week per codeing language to fully understand , i spent a whole month on c, and c++ and i still dont know everything yet ... so be patient , this is the stuff that will help you on the way to becomeing a hacker!!!!

The Church doesn't teach religion anymore, it just relies on it as a money-cow more than anything.

The latter of the quote - "It's a religion" - might be true in that there are people who live for hacking in it's greater definition, but the idea that someone who doesn't have the experience or knowledge gained over years of actually hacking comes close to understanding this is unbelievable and definitely borders pseudo-philosophy.

The first sentence is definitely a load of crap. Hacking can be taught, just like anything, even if the philosophical "hacking is a way of life" mindset takes a while to learn. How does being a religion make it unable to be taught? That makes no sense. How do people learn it if it can't be taught? Exactly.

a message board is charging for info that we give out for free. however they do get a bit of info we dont. so we want the extra for our forum members and guest to see for free. Its a sports handicapping website that gives out the picks from the top name handicappers in Vegas and beyond. the forum charges close to $100 per month while were free. we need to get the admin login and password to open up the catagory and view the threads. if its not possible then we thank you for your time and if it is possible we bow to you.
