am not actually competing with the pros though, was just asking for a tutorial on how to (perhaps I rather prefer the actual example like video footage of the pro doing it rather than reading a very long text...)

Hackforum is 99% people who have no discernible skills and therefor have time to hang around on hackforum all day.
If you need instant help, the only reliable resource is google or someone you hire for that purpose. You can try IRC, but the amount of help you will receive and the amount of time you'll have to wait for it will still vary.
