I have got a ransomware attack and all my data files including audio video docs and PDF file are encrypted with the extension of efdc. Is there any procedure available to recover my data.
P. S I have no backup.

Re: Data Attacked by Ransomware with EFDC extension
Sounds like a fairly well-known strain of ransomware (EFDC/STOP/DJVU). A cursory glance at google suggests tools by some fairly reputable vendors exist that are able to decrypt the files again, but I don't have any personal experience with them.
If we're breaking the rules, then how come you can't catch us? You can't find us? I know why. Cause, it's ... MAGIC!
